2. Estimated shipping time

3. Tracking your shipment

Tracking Gaps: For international shipments, tracking may be static for several days while the package is in transit across borders. This is a normal part of the global logistics process.
4. Customs duties, obligations and taxes
For international shipments, orders are typically shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) from our fulfillment center in Shenzhen, China.

Customer Responsibility: Any applicable import duties, VAT or local taxes depend on your country's regulations and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs clearance: sphosent is not responsible for delays caused by local customs, although we will provide all necessary documentation to expedite the process.
5. Changes and cancellation of orders

After processing: Once your order has been handed over to our logistics partners, unfortunately we cannot stop or modify the shipment.
6. Protection in transit (Damaged or lost items)

Damage upon delivery: If your item arrives with defects or damage during shipping, please take photos of the item AND the packaging/box. Please contact us at service@kkhhore.com within 72 hours of delivery. We will promptly arrange a replacement or alternative solution.

Lost Packages: If the tracking status shows no movement for an extended period of time and the carrier considers the package to be lost, we will reship your order at no additional cost.
