At sphosent , we want you to be completely satisfied with your new home electronics. We strive to provide detailed descriptions and high-quality photos, making it easy to make the best choice for your smart home. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. The following policy outlines the returns and refunds policy for our electronics and smart home solutions.
1. Eligibility for refund
We offer a 30-day returns policy . This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your product to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your product must meet the following criteria:

Condition: The product must be in the same condition in which you received it (clean, undamaged and complete).

Packaging: The product must be in its original packaging, including all internal protective materials, instruction manuals, and any included accessories (e.g., charging cables, remote controls, mounting hardware).

Status: Product unused and uninstalled. For quality and safety reasons, electronic products showing signs of installation, visible wear on connectors, or account activation are not eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

Proof of Purchase: Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Note: Please do not throw away the original packaging or inner antistatic bags until you are sure you are keeping the product. We cannot accept returns without the original branded packaging.
2. How to initiate a return

Procedure:

Please email us with your order number and reason for return.

If your return is approved, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how and where to ship your package.
Important: Products returned to us without prior request for return will not be accepted.
3. Damage and manufacturing defects
Please check electronic devices immediately upon delivery.

Shipping Damage: If the box arrives visibly damaged, please take photos before opening it.

Functional Issues: If the product is faulty (e.g. power failure, faulty sensors, structural cracks), damaged, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at service@kkhhore.com so that we can assess the issue and rectify it.
4. Exceptions / Non-returnable products
Certain types of products are non-returnable:

Custom Orders: Personalized or custom-configured electronic products.

Clearance: Products marked as "Clearance" or "Final Sale".

Modified Products: Products showing signs of use (scratches, modified firmware, or broken warranty seals) are not eligible for return.
5. Exchange
The fastest way to receive your desired product is to return your existing item and, once accepted, purchase a new product separately.
6. European Union – 14-day withdrawal period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the product is in its original, unused and unopened condition and packaging.
7. Refunds (Refunds)
We will notify you once your return has been received and reviewed.

Approval: Once approved, funds will automatically be refunded to your original payment method.

Processing Time: Refunds typically take 5 to 10 business days to process.

Bank Processing: Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card issuer to process your refund.

8. Return address
Please do not send items without authorization. You must contact support for correct returns instructions. Unauthorized returns sent to our office address may be rejected.
